“MikaDoesMakeup” was created by Mika, a professional makeup artist and esthetician who grew up on the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia. Mika recently opened up a bright new beauty salon/spa called, THE STUDIO by MikaDoesMakeup last October 2010 in the heart of downtown Vancouver. She has traveled the world and couldn’t think of a better city to have her business in than Vancouver, as it is still her favorite place. The services provided at THE STUDIO by MikaDoesMakeup include makeup, pedicures, manicures, gel nails, eyelash extensions, massage, facials, waxing, tinting, hair styling, photoshoots and spray tanning. Get your friends together for a spa party, bachelorette party, pinup party, wedding party, makeup party, or pretty much any kind of party you can think of at THE STUDIO. Located conveniently at 1054 Hornby Street which is walking distance to hotels, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and more.
When she is not at THE STUDIO by MikaDoesMakeup, you can find her doing makeup for Vancouver Weddings around the lower mainland. Mika has been booking more and more brides and bridal parties than ever, with her 10 years experience in the beauty industry. With her attention to detail and attention to her brides needs, Mika can ease the stress of any wedding.
The most rewarding part about Mika’s line of work is when her clients are positively happy with their enhanced look and have instantly gained an incredible boost of confidence. Mika absolutely loves what she does and strives to make faces and bodies even more beautiful.
